The Volkswagen Experts programme involves 10 certified master technicians from Germany working closely with local dealerships to further enhance customer satisfaction in Malaysia. These 10 Volkswagen expert technicians will be stationed at selected Volkswagen service centres in addressing and rectify vehicular issues face by Volkswagen customers. They will be present at Volkswagen dealerships on a two-week rotation to ensure full coverage.
Trough the Volkswagen Experts program initiative, Volkswagen Group Malaysia is committed to improve dealer’s service capability for their long-term growth and competitiveness. According to Mr Armin Keller, Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia, “Volkswagen Malaysia will continue to invest on training and development of the technicians at all authorised dealerships to enhance the aftersales service experience,”
Mr Armin Keller also adds “These well trained and experience technicians will play a vital role in providing the highest standard of service to customers and support dealerships by educating their service technicians and encouraging them to gain knowledge and pursue new skills.”
The programme also respond to the need of highly trained aftersales service staff by helping in coaching and develop quality aftersales service skills, which will better equip local Volkswagen service technicians to handle the growing demands from Volkswagen customers.
