Court Hearing Shia LaBeouf in Compliance

Shia LaBeouf cleaned up for his court appearance in New York on Tuesday. The 28-year-old actor showed up for a probation compliance hearing stemming from his arrest this summer during a Broadway performance.
The Fury star's attorney submitted proof that LaBeouf was on track to complete six months of outpatient alcohol rehab. In September, the actor struck a deal and pled guilty to disorderly conduct. His sentence was deferred for six months, during which time he had to continue treatment for at least three additional months. Shia's record will be wiped clean at the end as long as he has no new arrests. He is due back in court on March 20.
In June, LaBeouf was arrested during a performance of Cabaret, starring Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams. During the show's first act, Shia appeared intoxicated and began smoking and slapping the actors on their butts. Once cops were called, he resisted arrest and was eventually charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
Maybe that's why the actor just landed on GQ's "least influential" list. The magazine recognized 30 people “who took up vast clouds of oxygen, gave us back nothing of use, and probably helped accelerate the death of our planet.”
Now that it appears Shia is back on track, maybe he can aim for the mag's Men of the Year issue in 2015.
